A La Carte

We offer separate one-time services for landlords who usually handle everything else with their properties. Some of the most critical aspects of property management have been broken into standalone services, allowing landlords to choose exactly what they need. 

Home Deck

What's Included: 

Rental Property Licensing  $300-500/building

- Basic Business License (BBL): $300, owner pays license and filing fees separate

- Certificate of Occupancy (COO): $500, owner pays license and filing fees separate

- Registration with Rental Accommodation Division (RAD), $200, owner pays license and filing fees separate

- Includes Inspection attendance 

- All paperwork 

- Support with Tax documents 

Lease Preparation: $200/lease

- Collecting information about the property and future renter to prepare a written lease that has protections built-in  

- Reviewing the lease with landlords and tenants to ensure everyone understands the contract

- DocuSign e-signatures or in-person signature options available  

- Physical copy of lease sent to tenants 

Interim Inspection: $200

- Recommended biannually

- Detailed photo documentation of damages, signs of additional tenants with time stamps   

Move-Out Inspection: $250

-- Detailed photo documentation of damages, signs of additional tenants with time stamps

- Minimizes questions and conflicts regarding security deposit disputes 

Move-In Inspection: $250
