
Why Refer Clients to US
We offer realtors $200 per single-family property and $200 for the first unit of a multi-family property plus $60 for each additional unit when a referred client is a good fit and signs a management agreement. Our goal is to ensure any referral reflects well on you and aligns with the level of service we provide. We are always happy to schedule to consultation to confirm fit, align expectations, and walk through our services and referral process. There is no pressure. Just a straightforward, professional collaboration.

Reduce Your Liability
We want you to feel secure & if requested, we will give you a signed copy of our referral agreement so that you have legal protection. We expect our clients and tenants to keep their agreements and we do the same with you.
